Meet Our Founders

Kevin HoukCo-Founder

Kevin is a firefighter with the Greendale Fire Department. He brings the same hands-on reliability to SignSet; showing up on schedule, doing the job right, and treating every property with care.

Adrian HoukCo-Founder

Adrian is a licensed Realtor in Southeast Wisconsin. Years of putting up her own listing signs, and watching other agents scramble to do the same, led her to start SignSet: a dedicated install service built by someone who’s actually stood in the yard doing it herself.
